Sharewood Food Forest of Lake Gaston will only grow through the people, and we would love for you and or your organization/business in helping us on this journey. We are not a non-profit or charity of any type, we won’t be asking for Government assistance or handouts. We are here because we believe in the PEOPLE of this AWESOME country!! We believe lending a hand to our fellow citizen can only help us get STRONGER as a whole! And we know things are getting expensive, so anytime you can grab a free healthy meal, is a good time!
So my wife and I decided to do something, hoping to influence others to do the same.. we decided to donate 3 acres of our property, many hours of our time, and whatever resources we can bring together to start the GROWING journey of building a Permaculture designed Food Forest to offer FREE food to our community and beyond! To provide Educational opportunities to both the curious individuals and schools/clubs. As well as to provide a beautiful, growing, relaxing piece of nature for peace of mind! We will continue our journey, and the food forest will slowly grow, but she will sprout up in no time with your help!
That’s right, now we are asking you! Would you be interested in lending a helping hand to your fellow (hu)man through a Sponsorship? We have many types, from Sponsoring the Food Forest itself, to sponsoring a Chicken Coop or Aquaponics set up and more! You could purchase a Dedication or Memorial tree; both doing more than their respective names implies; to pay it forward in yet another way as it provides for the food forests many types of visitors! (wildlife love a food forest too)
Our sponsorships offer multiple avenues of advertisement both online and in physical form for your business or organization through our growing social media accounts, at the Sharewood Food Forest of Lake Gaston, and through our website. There will be opportunities for partnerships and social gatherings as well. We know and understand Sharewood Food Forest may not be in your local community. We still ask you to consider this.. Sharewood Food Forest of Lake Gaston is the current project, but that doesn’t mean it’s the final project. We would like to open or help open or even inspire more and more Free to the public Food Forest all around the USA. Your community could be next if/when we can make this one a thriving success!! And to do that, WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!
